I can't think of a title for this post . I'm feeling like ****. An er doc put me on stress leave from my job til I see my dr in a couple days, and I'm feeling a lot of anxiety about dealing with my boss because I'm trying to tell her I'm not coming back and she's trying to convince me to stay. I feel bad for bit giving notice but I need to do what's best for me.
I'm starting to get anxiety in public again and I'm waiting for the bus home right now and I just want to run and hide , and when I get home curl up in a blanket on the couch and just stuff my face with junk food . My eating habits are horrendous and I just can't get it under control. Then of course because I'm not gonna be working for awhile, I'm not gonna have any money coming in, so that's another stress about where grocery money is gonna come from. Insert frustrated screaming here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

It sounds like your boss likes you if she's trying to talk you into staying. Can you work something out where you work less hours or opt out of some of the most stressful stuff you do?
Don't know where you are, but in the US the ADA makes the employer give you "reasonable accommodations" to keep you working when you're disables. Depression and mental illness is one of the disabilities covered by the ADA.

She's only thinking of herself an that she will be understaffed. I don't want to stay, it's a horrible environment for someone without depression and anxiety. For me, it's become unbearable.
