Are you tracking your ups and downs? Seeing a pattern might help, if only because it won't seem so random or like you're not improving. A temporary setback might be only temporary.

Maybe I want to be depressed. Maybe that's just it but I keep denying it. It explains why I can't get better. Deep down, I don't want anything to change.

I think it's just hard to get over the hump. You're on one side of the hill, you keep sliding backwards. But once you get over the hump... you gotta make a plan. I have one. Even to just have something to take vacation from.

I ate some captain crunch today, totally tore my mouth up!
