Feel so lost. Feel like I'm never happy. Feel unstable. Want to feel different. how? when? never. Will it always be like this?

No, it won't always feel this bad. Do your best to distract yourself from the negative thoughts and feelings. Try and do what you need to do, what you know is good to do...do your best, and your best will get better imo.

(((hugs)))
