![]() Today is a new day, maybe you can aim to do something small. It could be bake a cake or cookies Make soup. Rake the leaves into a huge pile Go for a walk Get up and have a long shower or bath. Tidy up my stuff ![]() I know it's hard to get going but I find if I set myself a small goal each day, when I'm able to complete it I feel better and like I achieved something and am a little bit in control. Feeling more stable. Still down and dark though. I really would like to live in isolation.
