the other day I was sitting in the bathroom and couldn't motivate myself to get up. It was so strange - it's as if my body was not motivated to listen to my head. I kept counting - 1,2,3 ok, get up!!! but i couldn't. It was scary. I decided to go to the hospital soon after, but when i got there - the nurse asked me if it was an emergency and i said no... got scared they would commit me. SO SCARED RIGHT NOW! Today i was having a better day, but for some reason, at some point of the day, my mood dropped. Can't cope. Feel lost!!!

This happens to me alot - sometimes I set a kitchen timer so that I say when it goes off I have to move. It works for me. It is scary but you aren't alone.
