I have anxiety and depression, so it could be from that, my crappy diet, gluten and dairy intolerance, and 3 meds I'm on ALL cause drowsiness and one causes me excessive yawning.
I'm starting to seriously work on my diet but if its my meds that's the problem ill be seriously considering getting off them. I hate being so tired and sluggish all the damn time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

Join the club, though I doubt I will ever be able to deal with life without meds. At least they are starting to do some real good. I've forgotten how many changes I've had in the last years but they are many. I hate the side effects, too. So far the ones I'm on right now aren't causing too many, but know the feeling.

I hear you! I am still sleeping 12 hours a day, and that's with many, many, many med adjustments! All I can say is that it's finally starting to get better, now that we discovered I was anemic on top of depressed and anxious. If you haven't already, I might suggest checking in with your general doctor and having labs done? Meds shouldn't make you that drowsy unless they're PM meds.....

Yes! It's like I have no life force. There are so many things I want to do but I barely have enough energy to go to the store.

Could be the meds. When my mom was on that many, she said she always felt like a zombie. Constantly tired. I get drowsy on mine, but I'm only on one currently, so it's a tolerable kind of drowsy.
Though, diet does play a big role, too. Possibly a combination of both? If you suspect the meds, it's always a good idea to bring it up with your doc.

Yea ill def be bringing it up. I want to find out if its my diet first though because he's a gluten nazi, so that's the first thing he will blame.

I'm actually gluten free, and have been for five plus years, so even if you ARE gluten free, there can still be other major factors that exhaust you, in addition to the depression.
