It's come to my attention this weekend that some of my experiences may be fabrications of my mind and some things that I have done I have no recollection of. It's almost like some kind of Schizotypal delusion or something. It's very concerning to say the least.

Ergo, it may be that any comments I make are based entirely only on something my mind created as opposed to something that actually happened. It's probably best that I not mislead anyone based on something that never actually happened.

Will see you all soon!

I think sometimes I have to really think if some is real or imagined. My husband told me the other day I did something and I don't remember doing it. So is it him or me? I don't know and can't prove it either way. It really bothered me. So I think I understand how you are feeling.

Sometimes with intense stress at after prolong stressful stimuli people tend to loose focus and certain things are done/said automatically without realization.
As for fabrications -maybe they are adaptive or coping unconscious mechanism to deal with reality and existing problems.fabrications or confabulation are common in sensitive, emotional people with heightened sense of perception.
They are the ones usually who are able to sympathize and console ,hear you out .
I do not think above predicament should render you unable to judge or advise
But if it bothers you much you can always bring it up with T
Good luck
Ps if it is any consolation :I drove to my work place while talking to my kids about what time to pick them up from school(I was supposed to drive them to d hool);or I have done the task I was about to embark on earlier.....
