Starting to go down the slope to depression. I am debating whether to bother my therapist and call her but I don't have anything to talk about. My next apt. is still 3 weeks out. If I call I may feel like I am doing something. Not only am I going down but my husband has said something so it is noticeable to others. Not sure what to do.

Hey MiniButterfly- if my meds aren't working properly, therapy is useless! I love Aplenzin for depression! Best of luck!!

I think it would be a good idea to go ahead and see if your therapist can see you sooner. Maybe you can get the landslide to stop. Hope so.

I agree, you should definitely see your therapist. That's what he/she's there for, after all! It doesn't matter if you don't have anything in particular to talk about, just tell your T how you're starting to feel and how you believe it's getting progressively worse, and that others are starting to notice.

I think if you would feel productive by calling your therapist, you definitely should. I think it would be a great help to you too.
