I'm so close to the edge that I don't have any useful input to offer anyone....
This will probably be the case for quite some time (in fact I'm not sure I ever did....) I'm sorry to those who pmd me...... I send you love

I know that edge well, am there too and feel like I have been there for ages, and will be a long time to come.

Thank you all so much! I still feel like absolute crap, and really only have
to offer...But I don't feel like quite such a "horrible person" thanks to your (and some others) kindness and caring.  GROWL at the "voices" who attempt to make us feel even worse GROWL (nobody on pc )Thanks for this nonjudgmental space. You guys are pretty special (far too many judgemental arseholes in this world. They make me SICK (nobody on pc )also I'm more easily "triggered" than usual. My triggers, my stuff. There are a few reasons for that...
