Actually had a good couple of days made an effort, sorted myself out and went out saw a couple of friends and didn't have to put that cover up face on for once, I was kind of happy!

But now I feel like curling up alone and just crying! It's like because I've been happy I'm coming down off a high and regretting being happy, I feel like I don't deserve to be happy but I don't know why!

I had my first counselling session and they want me to do group therapy, I hate groups of ppl around me has anyone found group therapy helpful at all?

surely the "group" of people you would be placed with are in the same situation as you. i.e. depressed, anxious, shy etc. instead of the extroverted, facebook and twitter-using socialites who most likely won't be interested in helping others. it's not like you have to be thrown in the deep end before you can even swim.

I'm sorry to hear!!! I'm not a big fan of counseliing if my meds aren't working, it's useless to me! Group therapy is kind of amusing and interesting! But, if you're not a people person, I wouldn't recommend it! Best of luck and hang in there!!
