Actually had a good couple of days made an effort, sorted myself out and went out saw a couple of friends and didn't have to put that cover up face on for once, I was kind of happy!
But now I feel like curling up alone and just crying! It's like because I've been happy I'm coming down off a high and regretting being happy, I feel like I don't deserve to be happy but I don't know why! I had my first counselling session and they want me to do group therapy, I hate groups of ppl around me has anyone found group therapy helpful at all? |

surely the "group" of people you would be placed with are in the same situation as you. i.e. depressed, anxious, shy etc. instead of the extroverted, facebook and twitter-using socialites who most likely won't be interested in helping others. it's not like you have to be thrown in the deep end before you can even swim.
