triggered by some upsetting images i accidentally came upon. i just want to hide and sob. i cant calm down. can't concentrate

I'm glad you've posted. This is a great place to share with others who know how hard it is to talk about. And how hard it is to explain to people who've not experienced it. I hope by now you've been able to find some peace in what must have been a very upsetting event.

Take deep breaths, focus on a sound, blast some good music in your earphones, do jumping jacks, just try to divert your attention from the urge.

I hope you feel better now. I wish all of us that suffer could take a nice and long vacation from these depressive thoughts and especially the triggers.

I'm sorry you feel like that, I know how you feel is there anyone you can talk to. I just opened up to my brother and really told him how I was feeling and it helped. Before that posting my thoughts on this site helped get me through. Keep up the fight we are all here for you if you need it.

Have you tried the chat rooms? I know it's not the same but it does sometimes help.
