I wrote my T a letter saying stuff that i cant speak about. He said i should write him once a week that way we can get through more problems. I serious need to de-stress. Still very down. He also said that i need to speak to friends and my husband . He can see that i am very low and need someone to be there for me. Wants to see me again soon

Good on you for writing your therapist a letter! I know that might be a difficult thing to do. It sounds like your therapist cares about your well-being. That's good. I hope you'll get the help you need in order to de-stress and feel better.

Thats great. Writing also helps me! T loves it when I write letters to read in session cause I too can get more out on paper then looking her in the eye and just telling her, plus it gives you more time to feel the reality of it I think. I've gotten to the point with my T that I hand her my journal with the marked entries she will read. And we discuss them. I hope this works out well for you!
