Do you have a routine that helps you? Like make sure you shower every morning/night, or exercise every day, or going to bed at the same time every night etc? I'm thinking this might help me.

I have tried to do routines and if I can keep them up they work to some degree. Unfortunately I have a very hard time maintaining them so eventually I break the routine and have a hard time starting it up again. I am hoping when I get started on meds again I will have better luck.

I always make sure I go to bed at the same time. Take my medications on time. And I eat at the same time.

I'm gonna try a new routine. Bath/shower before bed every night. Read at 9pm, bed at 10pm and wake up at 7am. Hopefully just the structured sleep helps a bit.
