All I can say is, trying to live with hope almost completely gone, when most of what's left is a black hole of your worst fears inside, well it's not conducive to a sparkly, fun mood, is it? It begins to change you, begins to turn you into something subhuman, cynical, dark, cold, alien. Something you can almost hate. It robs you of the last freedom - self-determination. Things begin to no longer even make sense. I'm throwing everything I can at it, but this is getting very difficult to handle.

I think - I KNOW - I'm getting stressed out and demoralized. I'm fighting it as hard as I know how and trying to "expand my toolbox", but omg this is a long march through driving sleet, uphill, both ways. idk if it's heroic or simply pathetic.

lol @ edited for: Whine Reduction
Idk what you had typed which you removed, but what remains after editing, sounds encouraging in it's own way.
I can relate to all of what you have written.

And yes, I agree with Love/Hate09, Heroic, definitely.

Wish you Luck.
Keep going!

Keep fighting! The more you fight, the more you force the negative thoughts out and replace them with positives, the more you get out of bed when you don't want to deal with the world, you more you set goals (even small ones) and achieve them, etc, you will be forcing yourself to challenge your depression and telling that YOU are in charge.

Never give up!
