what are some "easy" small changes one can try making?

- the route you take to work
- the time you eat dinner

Goal - get out of routine

If you eat alone, then try to make plans and have lunch with a coworker. Maybe do some volunteer work. Take a class that interests you. Find a hobby to do with people. Get a pet if you don't have one.
