Ok I am feeling less stress, I am terrified of why. I am not sure if maybe I am seeing a little spot of light or if I have just finally totally given up. I have struggled all day not knowing how I feel and I am a little scared. I no longer am worried but I have the same problems, I think I may just have given up and don't know it yet. I have a sort of peace right now but no reason for it so it scares the hell out of me.

Sometimes, our brain blocks overwhelming feelings as a way of defense so you can use your energy better, it is not necessary a bad thing, it happened to my sister when she was very ill A hug

Thank you all, still struggling with everything but have decided to shelf everything for the weekend( I have my son). So I'm not going stress myself out( or at least try not to) and just try to enjoy my tie with him
