Today, I am giving the freedom to " this part of me" who has the ability to block things, to come forward.
I want it to block the pain,the hurt, the disapointment, the sadness that has taken over my heart and my soul lately. I have a lot of responsilibities on my shoulders and I can't go on feeling like this. I can't keep on going in tears all the time. I can't keep on going with "this cry" inside of me. I can't go on anymore. For a while I am going to live on "automatic pilot" because " this part of me " is very strong and I am giving it all the space it will need and all the time it will need to be able to help me out and block. My love and my kindness is yours. time0 |

Hello I am sorry that y ou are so overwhelmed at this time. Do you have a supporter that can help you feeel more secure to be able to do what is necessary for you to do at this time? A good therapist can help you to deal with your feelings and help you from getting overwhelmed with all of the stress that you are under. I hope the best for you I hope you feel better soon. A poem inspired by "this part of me"
This part of me that soars above all else, Finds green valleys among the hidden rocks, Water among the arid plains, And open arms amid rigid statues. This part of me can smile openly, Can comfort quickly and without question, Finds the meaning of all thats true, And can pass the day without shedding a tear. I wish sometimes this part of me, Would just take over for some time, Envelop my heart, my pain, my sadness, So I may find comfort in its hidden strength FOREVER! Pain can inspire us to write beautiful things.

Good idea...automatic pilot.. yes. ((((time0))) It is a way you CAN go on... it is a way we all do go on in tough times... I'm glad you found this "part" of you that can give you a break... just going through the motions until you feel better.
