My T tells me to listen to what l need. l wonder therefore how it would be to imagine in your head a safe hole and imagine yourself in it? My T would get me to describe it in fine detail. the big/small it is, what it is made of, what l can see, feel, hear in there. This kind of thing helps me sometimes, Soup
