so frustrating! I was doing better, but today I once again lay on the couch for hours, feeling unable to get myself up.
I am decreasing my meds, but I don't want to need them. I think I can survive without them! I need to know I can...

I'm so sorry Ouch. I know exactly where you are coming from. Sometimes it just feels like it's not worth the effort.
I hope you will be able to decrease your meds if you think you don't need them but don't let yourself be in pain, either.
Sending you lot's of "hug's"
