Seriously, I just got back from my sister's bridal shower and I am like all hay wire!! LOL! I called my friend up which I never do! We talked and now I am all hyper and excited because I got to talk to her. I am also excited because I am writing this really fun poem!! I can't wait until it's completely done!! It's going to be so much fun to share with my friends!! Any way, I just thought I would share the happiness that I have right now!! I am out of control...

Sometimes overstimulation can cause a manic episode (don't know what your dx is, but if it is bipolar you might want to be careful). Don't want to rain on your parade. You might just be in an extremely good mood. You'll have to decide.--Suzy

Actually, I have never been diagnosed for Bipolar but I do know it runs in my family. My older sister has it and I am pretty sure that my mom and younger sister have it too. So there is a good possibility that I have it just as well! But I am still all happy even today so I don't know!!

I'm glad you're in a very good mood - but if it is interfering with your day or daily tasks, then you might want to examine the possibility. It seems that there is a high genetic correlation with certain things. No, I am not a doctor and am not saying you do have bipolar, just that you should probably consult one if this hyper mood lasts for much longer (another day or so).

But enough of my rambling -- I'm still glad you got to talk to your friend!

My hyperness wore off like at 9 this morning. I fell asleep and slept through one of my appointments today and then when I woke up at 10 I just felt like I had no energy. I still feel like I have no energy. I have a doctor's appointment next week so I will talk to him about it. Right now I just feel like sleeping the rest of the day away.

So sorry your happiness didn't last long!! I'm glad you are going to the doctor.

Take care,

It's ok that it didn't last long!! I have cherrished every moment that I was happy in my heart so I can remember it when I am sad. I am very glad that I am going to see my doctor next week too. In a way I feel relieved to be going. I don't think I stand this any longer than I have to.
