I have been reading Feeling Good a bit here and there, but the problem is, when I'm really feeling my most down and out, I don't really feel like doing anything. I'm wondering if there are any videos on Youtube or elsewhere that could be helpful for depression. Or audiobooks, or mp3's, or basically anything I can watch/listen to that could help pull me out of my funk when opening a book feels like a lost cause. Any suggestions welcome...thanks!

I find content that has nothing to do with self-help or depression at least mildly helpful.

I enjoy the Animal Planet "Too Cute" videos on YouTube.

Thanks, I was really thinking more about audio/video in the self-help realm, but I'm not above sneezing panda vids
