I went to my psychiatric appointment today.
I feel depress that my psychiatrist increase my dosage of the meds I am taking.

So many things happened this month and last month. And I tried so hard to pull myself together, but now I feel so depress again, knowing that I have to take more meds.

I feel depress that I have to take more meds.

I went through a med change but couldn't handle it so i stopped the new med on my own and the doctor got really mad at me.I had a migraine for 1 week after stopping it, it was abilify, i just couldn't handle it but i heard it is a really good med for some. Iam already on about 7 different meds although so it probably didn't mix well with them. I'm glad to say i'm back to my old self on my regular meds and feel great right now

hi stop worrying that you have to take more meds. it depends upon the intensity of your depression. when things change and when you calm down it can be reduced. when things don't work out stop struggling, because the more you struggle the more you are going feel unhappy. i know many strongly advocate against the use of anti-depressants saying it has many side-effects, addictive, etc.. but accept that it helps you come out of the hell.
