I really hate myself, there's noting good about me. I really don't know why I try anymore, I just want to give up.
I'm such a burden to people. To everyone. I always make mistakes.& then I try to forgive myself, & think postive, but I just can't. If I do something wrong I regret for the longest time, It's not normal |

Your beating yourself up pretty bad there .. we all make mistakes and we learn from them.
I bet your awesome but can't see it right now .. hang in there .. this too shall pass. |

I agree with Insignificant other. Sometimes when we are down we can't see our good points. Most mistakes can be corrected and then forgotten. They've been taken care of no need to beat yourself up about those. The ones we can't fix, we do the best we cant and then let it go. Go easier on yourself.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hi there. I can't offer any real advice as to how NOT to feel the things you obviously do feel very much. I wonder if you have felt like this for a long time, or whether something has happened to make you feel this way. Have you spoken to a medical person, a Psych Dr? Have you a diagnosis of a disorder that could be responsible? I only ask as I do have a disorder which makes me feel everything that you've mentioned. It may be possible for you to have therapy and I'd urge you to seek advice if you haven't already. I send HUGZZ and HOPE. ![]() |

Struggling off and on myself this last nine months or so w self esteem iisues. Hang in there even tho.it's hard. Don't give up

![]() ![]() ![]() I can understand how you feel. I hate myself and tell myself this daily. I dont know why i think like this but i just do. I try to be positive and it just doesnt stick. I have and still am trying to work this out through therapy. Old habits die hard I guess. I also obsess constantly about things that I have said or done. doesnt matter how long ago or how trivial it may be. I think about it constantly. Hang in there. |
