Short version--my ex is a gambling addict he came into some money and he just packed up all his stuff while I was at work and left me. Everybody just says move on you're better off but I just can't believe how inhumane it is. We were together a long time had plans etc. I just can't get answers there's no contact. I don't know whether he's just too ashamed to talk to me or write me a letter..I don't know whether everything was a lie.....

Hello & Welcome, Dani99. Any rejection - whether or not it leaves you better off - is painful, perhaps agonizing. How long ago did this happen?
