the last few days have taken there toll on me, i am trying to fight but its getting harder, last night all i could do was lie on the bed crying because i couldnt see the end to all this strain and stress our family is on

Hope you feel a bit better this morning though. Sometimes I hate nighttime with its more difficult thoughts in the quiet dark. I've gotten so I just kind of do a mantra about waiting to "think" until the next morning instead. All things end, the stress and strain just like the good stuff. When I'm going through a bad patch I try to think of it like the weather.

thank you very much for your kind words perna, this week seems to be harder each day, im in the uk so the time diferance gone 9.30 when i post because having to use the libray, nights just slip by in between lying awake and nightmares
