I finally called the doctors and made an appointment, it's not until the 17th though. I'm scared, I'm going to feel so silly.

You don't need to feel silly, you need to put your health first.

Don't feel silly. You are just looking out for your own mental health. You should maybe keep a journal in the meantime to help you cope.
Thanks for this!

Congrats!
A few tips: don't expect everything to change instantly, and most importantly, be open and honest about absolutely evvveeerryything.
Good luck,
You CAN do this!!

Awesome!! That's so great and like Stronger said, try to be honest about everything. Progress is slow but a professional hand will really help guide you and teach you all sorts of new stuff to help get your life to where you want it to be!~

Congratulations and you shouldn't feel silly. You're taking an important step into recovery. And I was scared too when I finally gained the courage to make an appointment. Doctors still scare me, but now I know that they only want to help me. They are there to help you too and will want to help you.
