So I had my latest appointment with my pdoc yesterday. I see him every 2 or 3 months for about 10 minutes or so. He asks me how my health is, how my appetite is, & how I'm sleeping. He re-confirms that I don't have a therapist anymore. I explain why... again. He suggests another med he could add to what I'm taking now. I say I don't want it. He says to come back in 2 months. It probably would have been 3... but since I've been feeling more depressed, anxious & suicidal lately he's kicking it up to 2. I'm depressed...

My pdoc does the same thing to me. My boyfriend comes along and that helps keep her in check.

seeing my meds-doc always freaks me out a bit too......

first - cuz my meds-doc can have me forced in-patient (happened once).
Secondly - every time they tweak my meds means 6 more weeks of hell.
Third - They keep changing - I am about to start my forth (misc reasons).
