It's hard for me to come back to reality when i wake up in the morning. i don't even know how to describe it. what i can say is, it feels like i don't know exactly where i am in the morning, it's painful thoughts, haunting me every day. i'm suffering major depression, i see therapist every week. i just don't know how to handle the delusions, plus something is calling my name sometimes at night while i'm alone in my room. help please, am I insane?

No, you're not insane at all. Sounds like it could be Depression w/ psychotic features. Maybe it's something to tell your therapist?

Hello, StarsMoonSky.
Good. Please share all these symptoms with the therapist (and doctor, if you have one). Do what you can to help the professionals follow you closely and take you seriously.

I hope you feel better, please try to get plenty of rest. I know lack of sleep can make delusions worse.
