I feel like noone is listening to me! I have called my pshchologist today to make an apointment because things have gotten really bad. I can't seem to get them to understand that I can't wait.
I really don't know what to do to get them to listen

(((((((Dar))))))))))

I don't know what to suggest or how to help - but I'm sorry that they are not paying enough attention to you and your concerns.

well it usually goes like this for me,I call someone,i really need to see someone really bad.I hang on in there struggling, its really difficult, but hey by the time the appointment is there, the bad times have past pretty much.so one thing im learning through all of this is that the bad times do pass even if you have just the tiniest bit of support it can help.Pm me if you want to vent or chat.

Hi 1Dar,

I'm sorry you aren't able to get in to see your physcologist as soon as you need to. That's usually the way it goes. Is there someone else, like a good friend, who you can talk to until your appointment with your physcologist?
I do hope you will be OK. We may not have a phd. but we do have ears, if you need to talk and we are willing to help in any way we can.

Take care,
Linda
