If you are reading this, thank you very much for doing so.

I don't know if I can request this, but I'm in a bad place today.

I'm hoping to read more of Maskon's wonderful thread of "things I accomplished today"
I cannot post anything today but it helps me so much to read that someone did. So anybody, if you did, please jot it down there...

I am so sorry if I offend anybody with this request, but if you don't want to, then don't do so.
And to those of you who cannot, I hope, if you enjoy doing it, you will have another, better day, when you feel good.

Thank you, you kind people....
SM

I scheduled to go to the cinema tomorrow ( i have been inside for two weeks and a half). I took the initiative for my own good, it was not because of external pressure)

I am still in my PJs... BUT

I drank coffee (I set up the coffee pot last night, so it probably doesn't count), fed both dogs (mine and my Mother's) and let them outside a couple of times, watched the new episode of The Walking Dead that I recorded, and made some replys here on PC.

Not much... My objectives today have not been met... I intend to put more oil in my Jeep and give my dog a bath... I haven't done either.. YET. Here is hoping I get motivated.

Just so you know, I got your PM and it MADE MY DAY. THANK YOU!!!

I haven't really accomplished much today except go to work and come back. I have no motivation anymore. I did schedule my first therapy appointment for tomorrow though so I hope I feel better then.

Made it to the pharmacy and back. I am not even that depressed but I hate leaving the house. I even hate the driving. Dang social anxiety.

So excited for you.....I shall live vicariously today.

Fingers crossed and please let me know if you do.
Even if you don't, surviving an interview is huge IMHO!

Today I will tell someone what's on my mind. It's only 2 am here, so there's plenty of day left.
So far I've been running to stand still. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll sleep in the next few hours.

Sweet Sophiesmom,

Accomplishments today: I let one of my friends know of a work problem that I needed help with and she offered to meet me for lunch to walk through the issues. (I usually try to tackle the problem on my own no matter how frustrated I become, as well as offer to help everyone else, so this is a big step)

thinking of you having a more inspired day tomorrow
