It's BAACCKK....you know the feeling one gets that makes you want to either cry or sleep. Lack of concentration, all the signs and symptoms present. I knew it would be a "depression laden" day, when I couldn't restrain the tears before my morning workout. Working out while you're depressed feels like you're trying to move a mountain. 10 x harder than working out when you're firing on all cylinders.

Good Gosh~ maybe I ought to switch meds. I don't think Wellbutrin is cutting the mustard. Electro Shock Therapy? That's one I'd like to try.

That was my yesterday. I did the only thing I could. I EMBRACED it. Let it take me for the day.... and night. I didn't do a damn thing. Bless my family, they even made dinner for me.

ALL DAY, I had that song stuck in my head...

Born to be down
I learned all my lessons before now
Born to be down

Cause they just don't get it!
Keep it copacetic
You learn to accept it
And know you're so pathetic

Cause they just don't get it!
Keep it copacetic
You learn to accept it
And know you're so pathetic

Born to be down
I learned all my lessons before now
Born to be down

Today, I'm a little better... fed myself and everything

Must be in the water or going around. I too have been struggling. My day started with half a klonopin, by 10:30 I took the other half. I was checking on some accounts and I noticed the queen bi tch fu ck Ed them up. I wish I could hire a hit guy to do away with her. It would be in Colombia. Do you think they would deport me to Colombia if I was crazy enough to go through with it? I cannot believe how a mother who claims she loves her daughter can treat me to diabolically. She doesn't deserve to live.
More Klonopin or a bottle of wine?

  1. I would check the extradition treaty with Colombia before I set my sights on it.
  2. Well.. if I had the extra money I wouldn't waste it on a Queen B!! ..even if it was to hire a "mechanic."
I say you just put a laxative in her favorite drink/food, and let karma do the rest. Can you revoke her access to the accounts? Report her, if need be?

Wine or Klonapin... hmm tough choice. Depends of the amount you had access to... but still, try not to mix. People have told me the drooling isn't attractive.

Glad you're better today Paynful, so am I. Tackling folding the laundry and everything! I like those lyrics. Who sings it?

It's a song by Local H called Bound For The Floor I did miss a line or two, but I like it. It's a genre that I consider to be "cry-baby punk rock" alternative.

But no worries, it's not too whiney... unless it gets stuck in your all day, and you end up singing it none stop... and yes, that happened to me.
