I don't know why. But I woke up today and everything just hurts. Breathing, noise, light, the feeling of clothing on my skin, it is all owerhelming.

I just need to get through the day.

hang in there Curupira. The weekend is at hand and weekends are are always a bit nicer.

Do you have any plans for this weekend? Would you LIKE to do anything?
Thanks for this!

I honestly don't know. I have been taking it day by day. I have been on solo parent duty for the last couple of weeks because my husband has been studying for a class. I am not sure I will get a break this weekend.

I hope you do get a break this weekend, and find some time to do something nice for yourself, even if it means locking yourself in the bathroom for a hot bath and a good book to read, I find I do that sometimes, it makes a big difference to just relax away from the kids.
Thanks for this!

....I don't have anything to say that could help, really. I just really, really wish I did. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Thank you for posting about having healthy relationships while dealing with issues. I've been lonely but worried about dragging some one into my mess. But you made valid points and gave me hope. So Thank You!

I KNOW you will get through today, but it won't be even close to being easy. So, here is hoping that tomorrow is something you can look forward to...
