So I did an activity today I wrote down everything I hated about myself and then I made it into poetry that helped me see past what I hated and see the good in what I have so like " My feet aren't that beautiful, but I know im only a couple steps from happiness." I didnt really like it at first because I hate everything about myself how could I look past it right but once I knew what I could do with my words it made me feel a lot better because today was a very hard day and I made it threw it with a couple sentences written down on a piece of paper so STAY STRONG YOU CAN DO IT

That does sound pretty amazing! Have you thought about posting it? There is a Forum called "Creative Corner." I think you should check it out.
