I was just thinking about this time last year, the worst year of my life. I was suicidal, psychotic and depressed. I dont know how I got through last year, but I got great support on here with thanks to all of you. We all share a hope that one day things will get better, and I think they may. I am not out of the "woods" and I dont know if I ever will be but, looking back now I have come a long way. Don't get me wrong I have bad days but I just chalk it down, and try not to dwell on it too much. I am still on anti depressants, thankfully I got one that has worked for me. Maybe this is a premature thread but I think its good to celebrate the good days and to be more forgiving when we have depression because we can torment oourselves far better than anyone else can't we ? I just wanted to share some positivity with you. Thanks for reading.

I'm glad you are feeling better than last year. It is hope for the rest of us.
