Arghhhhh here I sit yet again, having a hard time getting going.... I honestly think it will be helpful if someone simply tells me to get ready, and it will help me to DO IT and feel somewhat better.... Help! Need some support here!

Fetzima 80mg
Lamictal 100mg
Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
