I feel like I am on top of the world right and I am so scared of crashing down. My dose for my meds got increased two weeks ago. Last week was both a horrible week and a great week. It was so long and stressful but people that I didn't realize cared showed me that they do and Friday was the best day of my life I got to go to a concert that i had dreamed of going to. I feel so high up right now I am just terrified of the crash down. Usually when I feel better I end up crashing down, hard. I just wish i could stay up here but im grateful for the happy good times.

A mood stabilizer might help the high's, high is not just a good feeling but a danger to me. I went to Canada and became homeless on a high. Or you know, just figure out what works for you.

It did seem like you had a rough week, but, I guess, that's life. Happiness and suffering are two sides of the same coin.

I wouldn't worry too much about erratic behavior unless you have previous experience with mania. However, certain medications are known to amplify specific traits. Just be aware, and if you feel that you are about to do something truly out of character, then talk to some one you trust before taking impulsive action.

That being said...

Savor your good moments! If you know a bad time is coming, no matter what you do, then... enjoy your happiness. You deserve it. You've earned it.

You said it yourself, there are people in your life that care about you. You might fall back into darkness, but there will be people surrounding you to cushion your crash. Try to put trust in that safety net of love and support.

BTW... I have to ask... Who performed at the concert?
