What do you do when your day is filled with sadness and all you do is Cry?
It is so debilitating and exhausting, I am wiped out from it. I guess I just
need some support and encouragement and a friend to talk to and share with who will tell me it will get better. Is anyone there today for me ?
Hugs from:

When my day is like that, I keep hanging on knowing that even depression can't last forever.

I'm shocked and dismayed that 46 people have viewed my posting, and only 3 kind people were able to reply to me. I'm hurting, I'm in pain, and no one here is willing to help me .. ........

I know how you are feeling. I'm having a really bad day today and haven't stopped crying. I wish I could say something that would make you feel better. But I'm afraid all I can say is you are not alone. I sometimes find that listening to music helps a lot. Music that has meaning behind it. I hope tomorrow is a brighter day for you

You are not alone. We are here for you. I dunno crying is not one of my symptoms and I usually just feel numb not sad. But i would say get some good rest. Be good to yourself in some way. Don't beat yourself up. You can't help it it is the depression. Maybe some chamomile tea, a bath, a good nights rest. Tomorrow may be better.
