My mother is in town, which is nice because a) I love her and b) she practically begs to babysit.
On the down side she is so intent on making me better that she might just kill me. It has been one day and I already want a vacation. I am very nearly being force fed, draged out of the house, and lectured about the little things I need to do to get better. I know her heart is in the right place but... Happy thoughts to get me through the week would be very much appreciated. |

Oh, C....
I don't know if you read my message on family visiting. I'll happily switch with you? Anyway...happy thoughts and serenity sent your way. Take deep breaths. Escape with a "headache" and lie down once in a while with a cup of tea. Keep posting. |

Thanks, i did not mean for it to come out as whiny as it did. Mostly I am bemused, amused, and ready for a week long nap.

It's not whiny at all, just somewhat relatable.

Remember Mothers know best. Haha just kidding. They can be smothering.
Happy thoughts to you.
