'This, too, shall pass'. I wrote that on a sticky note and put in on my mirror one morning last week and told myself I would take it down when I felt better. I thought it would take a few days ... next afternoon I took it down. The bad never lasts at long as I imagine it will.

Glad you let someone know, though.

What do you know?! Miserable and lonely, but not alone..

I think we might be on the same sinking ship.

(Disclaimer: Sorry, my sense of humor is often morbid and inappropriate. However, it does not mean that I want to trivialize your pain... I'm just commiserating in my own way.)

Hello, Toejam. This is the day after the week you were almost all by yourself at the office, yes? Does that have anything to do with how you are currently feeling?

That is a really good idea, and I'm very glad it works for you. I do rationalise that this these things are transistionary... But yeah, not pleasant while happening might give your tip a go, a visual cue to look at while riding it out could be helpful.

Morbid (black humour) is right up my street lol! I know what you mean though... I wouldn't actually wish this on anyone... But there is something comforting in knowing that others can relate, have been there, share.. Doesn't make it so heavy and isolating.

Not sure... Though last week was hell for the dips, it was nice to have space to try and deal with it without others interrupting my work flow or micromanaging me... Which the latter doesn't happen that often since my supervisor (general office) actually acknowledges that I do in fact know my job better than he does (/rant).

Been feeling alone for other reasons... That yeah, are bothering me and stuff. Pretty much mentioned these things before so I don't want to whine in specifics.. Just in meh mode.

Short hi-jack...sorry.

Rohag I adore you so much that I fear I'm becoming a slightly creepy stalker....don't mind me.
