I've had depression and social anxiety for almost two years now. Everything has been so up and down lately. But I have to say, lately I have been feeling really good. I don't what it is, but I haven't felt this good in a long time.

I just wanted to share this with all of you. I don't know if it's the people I'm surrounding myself with, my new job starting in a couple days, the weather, or even the long walks I have been going on. All in all, it's been a good week.

I feel alive. And excited for what is coming next. Even if it happens to be another bump in the road, I'm ready. I feel...happy.
