Good morning from Pa. I suffer from and have been diagnosed with Major Depression and anxiety disorder. My therapist left after 3 years and I feel lost without her. It took me years to connect with a therapist and she helped me a lot. I am currently looking into CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) reading books about it and also Mindful guided meditation which really helps me relax before bed. Have a great day!

Greetings, Newbie! CBT and mindful meditation really complement each other and when I'm consistent in using these approaches I do feel much better. Support from this forum has been quite a bit of help to me--I hope you will feel like this, too.
