I'm taking this combo since about two months ago. But I'm experience some strange side effects that I think aren't normal! Of course I will tell my doctor, I just don't know when will be the next apointment.
First: since one month ago, after I got three nights without sleep I started to have muscle contractions, just little ones, but still very frequent during the day, and capable of making my hands or my legs move a little.
My dreams are also becoming more strange. Specially when I was irritated and had annoying dreams I would say somethings during sleep, arguing with the people who were annoying me, some sentences here and there. But this is getting more frequent, I wake up easily, sometimes I wake in the middle of a yelling, trying to shut up. But in this past two days it has been even worse. I spent almost all the night talking, not yealling, speaking and speaking and speaking. My sister who shares the bedroom with me sometimes says she hear me saying something. But the words I say during sleep are getting very deffined, and this night it was hard for her to sleep because I didn't stop talking. Even my father that has a bedroom in the otherside of the hall, with doors closed, heard me talking many of the night time. This is very akward, I want this to stop.
Does anyone had something similar due to meds? Usually adverse effects go away with time, these ones appear with time...

Hello, Mulan. Please call your doctor's office and inform them of the muscle contractions and the nighttime talking. I would think your prescribing doctor would want to know about such effects as soon as possible.

Your doctor should be closely monitoring you as that combination has a major side effect warning when used together. Do call and let him know about the muscle contractions as seizures are a possibility. I had to be medically hospitalized after being put on this combo.

I'm aware about the seizures, but I think my muscle contractions are not quite that...they just happens when I'm relaxed and they had been much worse. who looks at me can't notice them, but I feel them. I think I can survive with this until I see my doctor, but my sleep is becoming awful...and I wake up upset because how annoying my dreams.
I'm planning to pass by her office on Thursday...and maybe I can talk to her if she isn't to busy. of course I want to talk to her. she works on the hospital I study, which means is a public one and she have a pretty full agenda. It's not easy. I think I can survive four more days.
