Oh she makes me so mad and frustrated! She is always bragging how she got better grades than I and she always must turn in homework on time and not miss any classes. She has to be that good girl. Me on the other hand I could care less due to depression and such. I like that im so laid back and care free, I like to think im not chained to school.

It seems that there's some kind of insecurity that prompts such behavior in her. If it bothers you too much, consider talking to her about it? If she's your best friend, and if this relationship is important to both of you, then you'll both be better off for it. If not, good riddance :P

Haha friends like that really just throw me off because it's literally just a number on a piece of paper that doesn't matter in the long run. Some people are just so competitive that it takes over their friendships :/ I had a friend that was always trying to one-up me at school and I just really didn't care as long as I was sliding by because I had much more interesting things to do haha. But she ended up backstabbing me in the middle of a presentation and what? Just for an A? I got a D and had to talk to the teacher about making up the speech (which she let me because she knew me fairly well as the type to never willingly make a fool of myself in front of the entire class). It was a terrible experience but it goes to show you where their loyalties lie. Of course, not all people are like that (I just had a particularly nasty experience) and so you just have to make yourself aware of it and decide either to confront her or just roll your eyes.

Best of luck!

I would say I am not tacked down to care whether I need to be speedy Gonzales to finish things right on time...but one day late is mentioned on your grade I was in college classes and one day late was 10% of my grade. but my teacher said I was fantasizing about having having a mental illness when we covered that I was like I have depression and anxiety generalized disorder. She was a b>tch glad I am finished with college there. Maybe you can find something your better at then she is book smarts only get you small point of time to use in the real world in some cases. i had people like that I knew who always spread it in front of my face how her grade was considering mine so one day I got bored and annoyed with her slamming it in her face so I made a stink bomb and placed it in her lockker she begged me to give her one of my lockers I was like no thanks goodie two shoes.
