Some days I feel like I'm pushing a boulder up a hill. Just doing things that should be routine and normal. Sigh. Here's hoping tomorrow I wake up without this pit in my stomach. Sleeping sometimes helps.

Ahhh. Like Sisyphus in the underworld. It's sometimes so ridiculously hard just to get through the day. I hope tomorrow is brighter for you!

Yup, it sucks. I always know when it is going to be a rough day if I have to muster all my energy just get out of bed (like today).

Keep fighting and good luck.

Ech, still feeling lethargic. I have a job to keep me busy but I can't seem to lose myself in it.

Hi doyoutrustme, yes, sometimes it's about facing doing one day at a time and just doing all you can do. Anyway at all you could make your job just a little more interesting, brighter or easier just for now??
But try not to put too many expectations on yourself and try to do something nice for yourself today, whatever that is for you e.g. relaxing bath, put on music you like, get some chocolate (???).
Here's hoping as well that tomorrow is better for you!!
But you know where we are if..............

Wow, It's been a month exactly since I posted this, and I feel the same as I did then starting last night. I think my gloomiest phases are cyclical.

Mine are certainly cyclical. As the seasons turn so goes my mood. The trouble is they are lasting longer and longer.
