Hey everyone!

I'm not really sure if this exactly is allowed but I'm really big into slam poetry and a lot of what I find really pertains to depression so I figured, if it's alright with y'all, to share one every week? (If the admins and everyone is alright with this I'll be posting every Sunday sometime but if not then haha this will be a solo post).

For all you that don't know, slam poetry is essentially spoken poetry and often the most important part is the annunciation and metaphors used to describe things. Topics are mostly about things that people have a lot of past (and current) feelings with, so pretty much all of them are extremely emotionally charged.

And without any further ado, here is To This Day by Shane Koyczan. This one in particular is about bullying and depression.
