I've been having thoughts of sui. very intensely lately. It might be due to meds I suppose. I feel like I'm already...

((((((( Fuzzybear! )))))))

Simple thoughts are one thing...
Intense thoughts another.

Whether or not meds have anything to do with how you are feeling, would you feel comfortable informing your prescribing doctor about what's going on? Does the doctor or clinic have an after-hours number?

Your safety comes first.

Fuzzy, please, please, please get the help you need. The help you deserve!!! Do you have an emergency number for your doctors or a helpline you can call? Just talk to someone, you don't have to do this on your own.

I agree talk to your doctor. That is not something you want to ignore.

Thank you all, I haven't found helplines helpful before (in the UK). Going to bed now. I'll be safe.

I'm doing the right things... With what's available over here.......

We understand and know how hard it is to deal with these thoughts, you are not alone.

Oh fuzzy, you made me smile at that 'with what's available'... so true, it's infuriating and having been at the point you're talking about, scary.

Pleased that you are showing resilient strength regardless and acknowledge this as a 'this will pass' thing

Anytime you want to chat, my pm is always open. Thinking of you and have a good sleep.

Fuzzy, you are strong. And you are so so so important!
I feel the same right now. You are not alone. Everything seems hopeless and there is no visible light.
We can do this, though. There is another side, we both know that!
