I'm really depressed right now. It's overwhelming.
Plus the past few nights I've woken up wanting to die. I was really suicdal depressed. |

Can you tell her that you aren't looking for solutions, just someone to listen and care? People always want to help. I learned to tell people that I'm not looking for suggestions. It helps.
