Sorry for all the work related posts. Believe me I wish they weren't.
I got my return to work paperwork signed. No big deal. But my immediate supervisor keeps asking me uncomfortable questions that are private about what doctors say and if I'm going to quit. I've already had to call HR once over it because it was out of hand. And she hasn't gotten the point apparently. I don't understand why they want me out of my job so bad ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

That stinks. Have you filed any fmla paperwork? It is meant to protect you from stuff like this. You would have the doctor fill it out and give it to hr. Now it is official but the only thing they know is a doctor signed it. They get none of the details. If they tried to fire you you have a strong case to sue. The government takes fmla very seriously.

FMLA papers sound like a great idea. Your supervisor really has no business dipping into your private medical info. I understand harassment at work since I deal with it everyday. In my case its not my immediate supervisors but its the bosses from the new company that bought out our office. They act like they want to get rid of all of us and maybe replace us with their "robot people." Best of wishes.

I will be as soon as June 3 rolls around. That is my one year date. It's the getting to the June 3 date that worries me most.

I get to start work Friday. On nights. Which is ok because I don't have to deal with as many people. Has anyone had expeierence transitioning their meds? Mine wake me up so I need to take them at night when I'll be working not in the morning when I'm trying to sleep.
