Dear nan. I share your feelings about your husband because I feel the same about mine. He doesn't know how to deal with my issues. So many anxiety, stupids fear and depression for 7 years dealing with. Theese aren't our best moments and I only can think that I am f----ing his life. Because I'm plus his issues.
Best wishes and a big hug. You're not alone.

^^

A lot of people apparently feel like you do during sunny days. I don't share that feeling "that I should be outside and being happy" cause I honestly prefer being outside cloudy days. ^^ (there's a thread created just a few days ago about it..you can check it out might make you feel better)

It's not easy to deal with depressed people.. but he did get together with you to begin with for a reason ...didn't he? Try to remember that. He likes you. ^^

Sorry to hear about your difficulty nan. Have you spoken to your therapist or spouse maybe? Usually, when I'm depressed I speak to my therapist almost immediately to keep her abreast on what's happening & just to talk.

My therapist is not accessible and my husband can't deal with it and chooses to ignore it. Getting worse each day....
