I am looking for some hypnotherapy help becuse i suffe from depression, anxiety and low self esteem. I live in kuwait and i have no access to counselling services. Is there any hypnosis session or anything that can help me,please. i can't go on like this.

This is difficult; I found no crisis line in Kuwait and news article statements saying no crisis line exists for Kuwait.

Expatriate (expat) groups might be helpful in guiding you to local resources that might not be obvious.

Hopefully someone here may have knowledge of the use of hypnosis in therapy.

Where did u find the hypnotherapy session and can u tell me any cds where i can buy it. i really need to get better soon before i lose my job or hurt somone. its gettng pretty bad.
